Local Spatial Development Plan: RESOLUTION NO. XLV/206/2006 OF THE DASZYNA COMMUNITY COUNCIL of October 10, 2006. For areas designated for production facilities, warehouses, storage facilities, and services, marked on the plan with the symbol P/U, the plan establishes:

  • primary purpose – production, storage, and warehouse buildings and/or commercial service buildings, including administrative and social facilities and accompanying equipment, with nuisance limited to the boundaries of the property,
  • permitted use – adaptation of existing farm buildings,
  • permitted supplementary use – parking lots, transformer stations.

Rules and conditions for the design of new and extended buildings:
a) maintaining the building lines specified in § 16 points 5 and 6,
b) maximum height of buildings – 15.0 m (measured from the existing ground level to the roof ridge),
c) any roof shape, according to individual solutions.

Rules and conditions for the consolidation and division of real estate:
a) the division into building plots requires the provision of transport links in accordance with the provisions of the plan and specific regulations concerning real estate management,
b) plots may be separated within the framework of existing ownership divisions or as a result of the abolition of ownership after the preliminary division concept has been implemented,
c) the size of the new separated plots should be adapted to the type of development, assuming that the minimum plot size cannot be less than 1,500 sq.m. for plots intended for service development and not less than 2,000 sq.m. for plots intended for production, storage, and warehousing,
d) the width of a separated plot intended for service development may be less than 20 m, and the depth may not be less than 40 m,
e) the width of a separate plot designated for production, storage, and warehousing may not be less than 30 m, and the depth may not be less than 50.0 m,
f) the division of plots may not result in an increase in the number of exits onto the KDGP road,
- building density index - not exceeding 0.8,
- biologically active area within the boundaries of the building plot - not less than 20%,
- transport links from adjacent public roads (streets) and internal roads,
- prohibition of creating new exits onto the KDGP road,
- obligation to provide parking spaces for residents and users within the boundaries of one's own plot,
- for areas marked on the plan with the symbols: H7P/U, H10P/U, H32P/U, K49P/U, L12-13P/U, L16P/U, L32P/U, Z16P/U, Z21P/U, Z23P/U, Z26P/U, Z45P/U, Z47P/U, Z56P/U, Z62P/U, FF20P/U, restrictions related to the location of the archaeological site protection zone contained in §11 apply.

§47. The percentage rate used to calculate the one-time fee on the increase in property value is set at 0% for areas designated as production facilities, warehouses, storage facilities, and services, marked on the plan with the symbol P/U.
