  • For multi-family housing, the following is permitted: 3 stories above ground plus a usable attic,
  • The maximum height of a garage and utility building is set at 1 story above ground,

  • It is recommended that residential and mixed-use buildings have roofs with a pitch of 30° to 45°,
  • The following is established:

  • It is prohibited to construct garages for trucks with a gross vehicle weight rating exceeding 3.5 metric tons, buses, tractors, and special-purpose vehicles on lots with an area of less than 2,000 square meters.
