I present for sale a plot of land with anarea of 4.5120 hectares. It is also possible to purchase an adjacent plot of area of 2.6596 ha. The plots are located within the geodesic area of Komorów-Village, municipality of Michalowice, Mazovian Voivodeship. The area is designated as d8.2ZN - areas of natural greenery of river valleys in the Warsaw Protected Landscape Area.

Possible location of golf course, riding center (as an area serving a stud farm or golf course) or iother non-structural sports facilities as well as introduction of pedestrian roads and bike paths with bit or gravel surface and elements of small architecture.
