Provisions regarding the layout of buildings and land development: 
1) for area 13AG/2 and for the internal section (A) of area 13AG/1, the vertical dimension of a building or structure, measured from ground level to the highest point of the roof covering, may not exceed 12 m.

2) for area 13AG/2 and for internal separation (A) of area 13AG/1, the vertical dimension of a building or structure, including any equipment or installations mounted on them and their supporting structures, measured from ground level at the building or structure to the highest point of such equipment, may not exceed 12 m.
