  • It is prohibited to locate disruptive services and services with limited disruption,

  • Minimum biologically active area: no less than 70%,
  • Maximum building coverage: no more than 30%,
  • Building dimensions: no more than 2 above-ground stories plus a usable attic,
  • Building density: no more than 0.6.

For the area designated as “2RZ” in the plan (6,120 square meters), the following is established:

  • Land use: permanent grassland,
  • The areas are to be left in their natural state, 
  • Agricultural use of the land as meadows is permitted,
  • Conversion to arable land, orchards, nurseries, plantations, horticultural crops, and forests is prohibited,
  • Adaptations for recreational purposes are permitted,
  • Construction of facilities related to water management, inland fisheries, and water recreation is permitted,
