   d) multi-pitched roofs with a slope angle from 30° to 45°; and for outbuildings and garages from 20° to 40°,
   e) roofs in shades of dark red to brown,
   f) prohibition on using plastic cladding of siding type and trapezoidal sheet metal for finishing building facades,
   g) prohibition on using aggressive colors in building facades,
   h) with regard to existing developments, the arrangements of lit. a, b, c, d, e, f, g are to be applied accordingly within the scope of the change being made;
3. with regard to the conditions of combining, dividing the property and the parameters of the newly created building plot apply:
   a) the area of the building plot not less than 1200 m² ,
   b) the width of the front of the building plot not less than 25 m,
   c) the angle of location of the separated building plots in relation to the adjacent road lane from 70° to 90°;
4. for the area 2ML, 3ML it is allowed to cut from the existing stand of trees only for building structures and driveways to buildings;
5. in terms of defining the building lines:
   a) impassable building lines in accordance with the drawing of the plan;(amended by Resolution No. XXXVI/259/13 dated 14.05.2013 r.);
6. for areas 1ML, 2ML, 3ML, 4ML, 5ML, 6ML, 7ML, 8ML, 8ML, 10ML, 11ML, 12ML, 13ML included in the planned Puczniewsko-Grotnicki Protected Landscape Area, the arrangements contained in §9 item 2 shall apply;
7. in terms of communication services, it is established:
   a) service of area 5ML from roads marked on the drawing of the plan with symbols 07KDD, 09KDD, 13KDD.
