primary purpose – agricultural areas;
permissible supplementary use:
a) buildings related to agriculture with accompanying facilities and equipment, subject to point 4,
b) overhead and underground technical infrastructure networks and related equipment,
c) water reservoirs;
permitted use for agricultural land on soils of class V and VI:
a) afforestation,
b) exploitation areas – conditions for the exploration and exploitation of minerals in accordance with the provisions of §36, with the obligation of forest or water reclamation;
prohibition of development on grassland areas, marked with a graphic symbol on the plan drawing;
rules and conditions for development:
a) maintaining the building lines specified in §16 points 5 and 6,
&16 point 5) location of new residential buildings and other buildings intended for permanent human habitation, at a distance from the road boundary line of not less than:
a) class GP – 40 m,
b) class Z – 15 m,
c) class L or D – 6 m,

d) the plan allows for the location of farm and livestock buildings within the plot boundaries or 1.5 m from the boundaries,
f) maximum building height – 12.0 m (measured from the existing ground level to the roof ridge).
g) the use of gable or multi-gable roofs in a form that refers to the good traditions of rural buildings;
h) in justified cases, the use of single-pitched roofs is permitted;
i) the slope of the roof surface from 15 to 45° with an equal angle of inclination;
For areas located within the boundaries of reclaimed land, marked on the plan drawing, the restrictions contained in §15 points 9-11 apply.
- on reclaimed land, the obligation to carry out, before carrying out earthworks and afforestation, appropriate safeguards or reconstruction measures to enable the proper functioning of the system in neighboring areas, in consultation with the user of these facilities and the Provincial Board of Land Improvement and Water Facilities in Łódź as the entity keeping records of specific land improvement facilities;
- the plan establishes the obligation to protect reclaimed land, which should be used in accordance with its intended purpose;
- in order to ensure the proper functioning of specific drainage facilities and appropriate conditions for surface water collection, the existing network of ditches should be maintained.
