- building lines in accordance with the provisions of the text of the plan in the field of communication, - in the case of location of services and other forms of economic activity, adequate communication area should be provided, determined by special regulations,

- the location of automotive service facilities is allowed, provided that special regulations are observed and sanitary and environmental protection arrangements are obtained,

- a high-pressure gas pipeline passes through the plot, the development distance is 6m on each side.

In the immediate vicinity of the plots I find a gas station along with a MOP, a restaurant / inn and a logistics center.
