  Land for sale after preliminary geodetic division.Małocice is a village located in the buffer zone of the Kampinos Forest. The plot with a total area of 1500 m2 in the village of Małocice, gm. Czosnów bordering the Kampinos National Park. The land is pre-divided (see the attached map) into 5 plots of 3000 m2. Plots with huge potential for the future. 6, the following are determined: 1) intended use of the land: a) basic: agricultural land, b) it is allowed to implement farm buildings for farms; 2) rules for the protection and development of spatial order: a) detached residential buildings only in farm buildings, b) it is allowed buildings: garages, outbuildings, including livestock buildings, related to agri-food storage and processing;3) agricultural areas marked with the symbol R with numbers from 1 to 6 are located within the buffer zone of the Kampinos National Park and within the boundaries of the Warsaw Protected Landscape Area, the provisions of §7 sec. 2;4) for fragments of agricultural areas marked with the symbol R with numbers 1, 2, 5 located in the zone from the border of the main complex of the Kampinos National Park, the provisions contained in §6 point 2 lit. c and in §11 point 1;5) fragments of the areas marked with the symbols R-1 and R-5 are located within the conservation protection zones of archaeological monuments included in the register of monuments, the arrangements contained in §8; 6) the following principles of building development and land development: a) indicator of biologically active area within the boundaries of the building plot - minimum 70% of the area of the building plot, b) indicator of the area of development within the boundaries of the building plot - maximum 20% of the area of the building plot, c) indicator of maximum intensity buildings within the building plot - 0.4, d) minimum building intensity indicator within the building lot - 0.05, e) maximum building height - 9 m, f) roofs: - on residential buildings - gable or multi-pitched with a major inclination angle ;other roof slopes from 20º up to 45º the main roof slopes must have the same slope, - on other buildings - gable or multi-slope with the roof slope angle up to 45°, with the main roof slopes must have the same slope, g) impassable building lines in accordance with the drawing of the plan; 7) the minimum area of a newly separated construction plot intended for homestead development - 3000 m2; 8) communication service of building plots intended for homestead development and parking conditions in accordance with §12;9) service of building plots intended for homestead development in terms of infrastructure according to §13.
