Semi-detached housing is permitted if, as a result of property divisions, plots have been separated that are too narrow for the location of detached housing, and in other justified cases. The maximum building height is set at 2 stories. It is permissible to construct built-in or detached service facilities whose nuisance does not exceed the boundaries of the building plot. At least 60% of the building plot must be kept as biologically active area covered with vegetation.
