A complex of plots of land with sports and recreational purposes, excellent, for example, for a golf course, soccer schools and other types of sports.

It is located in Silesian province, Gliwice district, Rudziniec municipality.

It consists of a set of plots of land with different purposes:

- for an area of 168,293 m2 for sports and recreation services;

- for an area of 19.180 m2 for single-family residential development with non-strenuous services as a supplementary function;

- an area of 11,574 m2 for forests;

- for an area of 500 m2 for production and services;

- an area of 672 m2 for arable fields.

For residential development, the MPZP provides for development of up to 2 stories, including a usable attic, not higher than 12 m. For other development up to 2 storeys above ground plus usable attic, not higher than 8 m.

For detached buildings - 600 m2 and a minimum width of the plot frontage of 18 m, for semi-detached development - 400 m2 and a minimum width of the plot frontage of 14 m.

The plot is located in the western part of the Silesian Voivodeship, near the large urban agglomerations of the Silesian and Lesser Poland Voivodeships.

The municipality of Rudziec is crossed by the A4 freeway with junctions in Łany and Kleszczów. Two national roads, DK 40 and DK 88, as well as the Opole-Katowice and Katowice-Kędzierzyn Koźle railroad lines run through the municipality. The Gliwice Canal and the Klodnica River flow through the municipality. The municipality offers perfect conditions for the development of tourism and recreation - nearly 40% of its area is covered by forests and there are as many as three water reservoirs - Small and Large Pławniowice Reservoir and Dzierżno Duże (Rzeczyckie Lake). The area around the lake is inhabited by 80 species of birds, including rare ones. There are also cultural monuments in the area, such as the Palace and Park Complex in Pławniowice.

The area is beautiful, quiet and peaceful.
