- fuse board by Hager with surge protection and separate circuits for computer equipment,
- SSWiN Risco alarm system and main switch,
- electrical and computer wiring distributed in the floor, terminated with floorboxes,
- intercoms on both levels connected to a panel at the entrance to the stairwell.
Building and community investments:
In the last decade, the residential community has carried out a comprehensive replacement of the following installations: plumbing,
central heating, electricity.

In the last year, water meters were also replaced. Regular chimney inspections and electrical system measurements are carried out.
Planned works:
- restoration of the original facade elements in accordance with the recommendations of the conservator of monuments, upon completion - painting of staircases.

Excellent access to public transport:
- metro (M2 line),
- streetcar and bus stops,
