Investment Land—Warehouses, Storage Facilities, Industrial Use

I am pleased to present to you an investment plot with an area of 1.09 ha, located in the village of Księżyki along National Road No. 50, with the possibility of expanding it by 2.32 ha.

According to the Local Land Use Plan dated May 25, 2023, the area is designated with the symbol “P/U3”:

  masts, and chimneys, with a maximum height of 49 m above ground level, is permitted, 
• minimum area of a newly subdivided building lot – 2,000 square meters.

Location. National Road No. 50 runs entirely within the Mazovia Province. Its route forms an incomplete ring around the Warsaw metropolitan area, at a distance ranging from 30 to over 80 km from the center of Warsaw. It begins in Ciechanów, then passes through the areas around Płońsk, Wyszogród, Sochaczew, Żyrardów, Mszczonów, Grójec, Góra Kalwaria, Kołbiel, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Stanisławów, and Łochów, and ends at the Ostrów Mazowiecka bypass. On the section between Wyszogród and Łochów, National Road 50 is part of the so-called Greater Warsaw Bypass.
