The subject plot of land is located in an area where the
Local Land Use Plan is in force. Plot 165 from area 7-10-02 is covered
by the local zoning plan for Mlociny residential area, part II B,
enacted by the Municipality Council of Warsaw-Bielany with Resolution No. 585/XVIII/01 of December 7
2001.
Provided with a certificate from the Board of the Bielany District of the Capital City of Warsaw
about the designation of registered plot number 165 from area 7-10-02 located at 15 Samogłoski Street, corner of Żubrowa Street, dated January 27, 2020, defining the designation
of the area with the symbol 9-MNL.

Basic designation 9-MNL: single-family residential development in the form of
free-standing buildings. It is allowed to locate primary services and crafts -

STATE OF PLANNING:
Buildings on Balaton Street built in 1993. The building was extended based
