The Office Space Department of MAXON is a team of Experts with extensive experience in strategic consulting in the field of lease and sale of office buildings. We provide comprehensive services for tenants related to market analysis and recommendation of the choice of an optimal location, we conduct negotiations of new leases and support renegotiation processes.
.The department's work is coordinated by Beata Tabaka, who has been involved in the commercial real estate market for more than 20 years. In her professional work she has dealt with office, service and warehouse space. She graduated from the School of Real Estate Management and completed postgraduate studies at Kozminski University in the field of real estate brokerage. She holds a professional license as a real estate broker No. 11187 and a real estate manager No. 11452. She uses the experience she has gained in advising tenants and landlords.
