The following conditions and requirements for protection and shaping of spatial order are established :

c) The size of the built-up area of the outbuilding covered by this decision in relation to the area of the site affected is set at approx. 1.8%.
d) The size of the built-up area of the livestock building covered by this decision in relation to the area of the site affected is set at approx. 1.8%.
e) The width of the front elevation of the residential building is set at approx. 20.00 m.
f) The width of the front elevation of the farm building is set at approx. 5.00 m.
g) The width of the front elevation of the livestock building is set at approx. 5.00 m.
h) The height of the top edge of the front elevation of the residential building is set at approx. 7.00 m.
i) The height of the top edge of the front elevation of the farm building is set at approx. 7.00 m.
j) The height of the upper edge of the front elevation of the livestock building is established at approx. 7.00 m.
k) The roof of the residential building is established as a multi-slope, with the direction of the main ridge parallel to the front of the plot, with the height of the main ridge approx. 7.00 m, and in addition it is established that the angle of slope of the roof will be 30-;.45 .
I) The roof of the outbuilding is established as a gable roof, with the direction of the main ridge perpendicular to the front of the plot, with the height of the main ridge of about 7.00 m, and in addition it is established that the angle of slope of the roof will be 15-;-30°.
m) The roof of the livestock building shall be established as gabled, with a ridge direction perpendicular to the front of the plot, with a ridge height of approximately 7.00 m, and it is further established that the roof slope angle shall be 15-;-30°.
n) The type of roofing, facade colors and architectural details of all three buildings must relate to those elements found in homestead developments in this area of Kampinos municipality.
Conditions and requirements for the protection of the environment and human health, cultural heritage and historical monuments, as well as modern cultural heritage :
a) Development must take into account the preservation of a minimum of 70% of the area of the site covered by this decision as "biologically active area" i.e. undeveloped and unpaved area.
b) The minimum distance of buildings from the border of the forest, located on the land plot no. 196 adjacent to the area covered by this decision, is set at 12.00 m.
c) Fencing of the site must be openwork, allowing the migration of small representatives of fauna (amphibians, reptiles and mammals), excluding concrete plinth and other tight elements in the ground fence.
d) The method of foundation of the buildings and the method of solution of securing the building elements against the influence of ground and water conditions, as well as the method of drainage of rainwater and snowmelt must take into account the protection of the buildings against the potential effects of landslides and other geodynamic phenomena, due to the location of the building on an area with a significant slope (within the so-called. Błońska Escarpment).
e) Due to the specifics of the project's location (far from historic buildings, including far from archaeological sites identified in the Archaeological Picture of Poland - AZP, as well as far from the modern cultural assets defined in the Act), there is no need to formulate special development conditions to protect these values. Nevertheless, in the event of encountering in the course of earthworks objects with obvious historical features, the works should be stopped, the locally competent Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments should be notified, and until this Office makes an appropriate decision, the earthworks should not be resumed.
The following conditions and requirements for technical infrastructure and communication are established
a) Water supply - from the local water intake corresponding to separate regulations.
b) Daily sewage disposal - dispose of domestic sewage to the covered, sealed liquid waste tank, emptied periodically by entities having the appropriate license from the Head of Kampinos Municipality.
c) Drainage of rainwater - rainwater from roofs and other paved surfaces shall be discharged into the ground within one's own plot.
d) Electricity supply - from an electricity connection, implemented under the terms and conditions of the local low-voltage power line operator.
e) Heating - based on an individual heat source.
f) Solid waste - collect in individual appropriately labeled containers intended for :
1. mixed waste intended for landfill,
2. recyclables,
3. organic waste intended for composting,
4. environmentally hazardous waste
of the above categories, environmentally hazardous waste is subject to disposal by specialized disposal units operating under special regulations, and the remaining waste is subject to disposal within the waste disposal system of the Kampinos municipality.
g) Communication service - access to the public road (municipal road, adjacent to the site covered by this decision from the north) to be provided through the designed direct exit covered by this decision.
