Permissible use of areas 1-4R3 is established for:

1) technical infrastructure facilities and equipment, subject to the prohibitions contained in para. 4 and 5,

2) access roads to fields,

3) watercourses with biological enclosure,

4) mid-field afforestation,

5) afforestation under separate regulations,

6) in areas 1R3, 3R3 location of ski conveyors and ski lifts (ski tows and platter lifts) with a lift station. Location of accompanying facilities only in construction areas.

In case of implementation of a ski lift, the following rules of development shall apply:

1) the sum of the projection of buildings located at the upper and lower station of the ski lift may not exceed the area of 35m2.,

2) the maximum number of floors: 1 storey above the ground, the development of a storey in the roof is not allowed,

3) the maximum width of the building tract may not exceed 5 m,

4) the maximum length of the building façade, measured in the contour of the external walls of the first floor, may not exceed 8 m,

5) the height of buildings may not exceed 7.0 m,

6) other arrangements concerning the principles of development as in areas 1-4R2.

The plot is located in a well-known mountain village, it is a good investment as a capital investment, or for investment purposes - a ski lift.
