The property is located in Lodz-Bałuty at Hodowlana Street with a total area of 3.6289 hectares. There is a new study for the City of Lodz with the designation of the property for multi-family housing.
The property has access to a municipal road and is located in the outskirts of the city.

Another concept calls for the construction of urban villas - three-story villas with 3 apartments on each level (one apartment of ca 46 m², the other two of ca 53 m² each) on a plot of 1000 m² as halves of a "semi-detached" house (this size of plots results from the concept of preliminary division of the property). On the separated part of the 1000 m² plot, parking spaces will be created in the form of a covered pergola (9 spaces for 9 apartments of each half of the twin). Thus, on two plots of land with a total area of 2000 m², a semi-detached house of 300 m² with 18 apartments with a total area of 900 m² will be built. A total of 9 semi-detached urban villas will be built for a portion of the property of ca 2 hectares. Small gardens will be available for first floor apartments.
