House for sell - Exceptional offer, 2 houses, Wille Borki, Brwinów
The property consists of two, fully independently functioning houses, architecturally connected by a single block, which gives the possibility of combining them again. On the beautifully landscaped plot there are also outbuildings (5 rooms with a total usable area of about 86 m.2) and a covered shed with an area of about 54 m.2 The outbuildings require renovation, but have great potential in terms of registering a business with a type of non-intrusive services, such as a psychologist's office, notary/legal office, architectural/photography/beauty/yoga/fitness studio, etc.
Modern and ready-to-occupy house no.1 (with a total usable area of about 100 m2) was built in 2005, as a result of the extension of the original building built in 1980, which for the purposes of this offer I will call house no.2.
House no.1 consists of a first floor with an area of about 68 m2 and a usable attic, partly in the nature of an openwork mezzanine with an area of 36 m2(after deducting the bevels, about 29 m2 of usable area). The mezzanine is accessed by a beautiful spiral staircase made of solid oak by a master craftsman's guild.
