Description

A Baroque-style palacefor sale with an area of 4,100 sq.m., located on a plot of land with an area of 10.19 ha, in the village of Małuszów, in the municipality of Męcinka, Lower Silesia Province.

The property is located 5 km from the A4 highway and 51 km from the center of Wroclaw, which provides convenient access to major transportation routes and large cities.

A property with exceptional potential, ideal for hotel, conference, luxury nursing home, spa or other investments requiring spacious interiors and a picturesque location.

The palace consists of three basement wings in a classic U-shaped layout, the upper floor is a classic Mansard. It is surrounded by manor buildings, creating a complex with great potential.

The property requires a major renovation (example visualization in the first photo), which gives the opportunity to give it a new character, according to the needs of the investor.

An additional advantage is the picturesque surroundings, which include two ponds and a forest of exceptional value - about 160 years old.

A bit of history. The palace was built in the early 17th century, constructed by the von Abschatz family. The first major reconstruction took place in the 18th century, similar to the current form of the palace. At the end of the 18th century, the owner changed to Baron von Richhofen, then Ludwig von Hessen and later passed into the possession of the Bavarian King Ludwig I, who sold it in 1842 to the rotomaster Heinrich von Sprenger. After World War II, the palace belonged to the Seed and Nursery Station in Sonowidza.

This is a unique opportunity to acquire an object of unique character and rich potential.
