Underground: Open space for use as a study, fitness room, TV room, etc.

Interiors have been finished to a high standard.

The kitchen has a refrigerator-freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, induction hob. The windows have blinds installed. In front of the house you can park a second car. The garden is landscaped, equipped with automatic watering and lighting.

Additional monthly fees : 500 PLN ( garbage disposal, security and monitoring fee, administration and cleaning of the estate.). Variable fees depending on consumption: electricity, gas (house heated with its own gas boiler), water.

Minimum lease term - 24 months. A security deposit is required. The issue of furnishings - to be agreed with the owner.
