The multi-family building on Szkoła Orląt Street , commissioned in 1999, was designed by the late architect Elżbieta Ciechanowska-Ścisło and architect Mariusz Ścisło - co-founder of the FS&P arcus studio, which still operates today. Mariusz Ścisło is the president of the Association of Polish Architects and has won numerous awards for his work in Poland and abroad.
The building is distinguished by wheelchair-accessible lifts, staircases finished in red brick and a characteristic superstructure in the central part, making it an exceptional example of architecture for its time.

In the vicinity of the Estate there are schools, kindergartens and a rich retail and service infrastructure, including the Promenada shopping centre, supermarkets and service outlets.
