The building is a low 3-story block. It is located on a fenced estate. It was built in 1936 as one of several buildings on the estate. It is already after thermal modernization and replacement of all installations. The administration is handled by a housing community.

The building is located on a peaceful and quiet street, across from the Park Obwodu Praga Armii Krajowej. Within a short walk (about 800 m) there is Skaryszewski Park, which is an ideal place for recreation and leisure.
