Building

The building was built in 1904. Its first owner was its architect Adolf Dybicz. In 1945, based on the Bierut decree, it became the property of the city. In March 1994, along with the courtyard, it was inscribed in the register of historical monuments.

Few buildings of this type survived World War II.

Many of the original decorations have survived; paintings on the ceilings in the common areas, stucco, a stove on one of the staircases and more.
