Building: A four-story tenement house, renovated, without an elevator, with a new facade, located on a fenced-in area behind the Wisła Cinema.  Just outside the gate of the quiet courtyard, on the side of Wilson Square, there is a cinema, various restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, grocery stores - including a 24-hour store, a bank, a bookstore, and various service outlets. The excellent central location and quiet setting of the house make this apartment very attractive.

Location: located a few steps from the metro, Żeromski Park, and the Citadel,  near the Pl. Parking is always available on the street.
