An ideal place to live, in the heart of the town. One of the few places where you don't look into your neighbors' windows. The estate is guarded and fenced and stands out with its large open space.

The apartment is ideal for a couple or a single person, and is also pet-friendly.

The apartment has been freshly painted and the floors have been sanded, it is furnished with new furniture and ready to move in. The living room has a sofa bed, TV, and table with chairs.
