I am pleased to present to you a cozy three-room apartment in Muranów.

The apartment has been completely renovated.

It has been furnished in a minimalist style, though a few pieces of vintage furniture have been kept to add charm to the space.

Minimalism doesn’t apply to the appliances—you’ll find an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and air conditioning.

The apartment is compact, but the rooms are easy to arrange and bright.

The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are fully furnished; one room is for your own arrangement and comes with an 80x200 bed.

An additional service fee of 750 PLN per month applies.

Building

A building from the 1960s. The stairwell has been renovated and is clean and tidy.

The building is surrounded by greenery.

You couldn't ask for a better location.

Muranów, near the Arkadia Shopping Center; if you prefer something more intimate, the Klif Shopping Center—with its exclusive boutiques and cafés—is even closer. It’s less than two kilometers to the Old Town and the Vistula River.

In terms of public transportation—it’s perfect: there’s a bus terminal nearby, trams to Jana Pawła Street, and it’s just 1,100 meters to the Arsenał Metro station.
