Building

The Holland Park complex was completed in 2001, originally intended as an exclusive extended stay hotel. Due to the market situation, in 2006 the buildings were upgraded and adapted to residential use by Keen Property Partners, becoming one of the Capital's most luxurious residential complexes. Holland Park consists of two 8-story buildings, characterized by a peculiar curve in the lines of the block. They were designed by Dutch architect Vera Yanovshtchinsky in cooperation with Marek Swierczewski. The buildings are named Brunello and Oscar - these are the names of the two most famous varieties of Dutch tulips.
Holland Park occupies a carefully arranged green plot on the escarpment at the back of Pl. Trzech Krzyży. The area of the complex is fenced and protected, and residents have underground parking, a 24-hour reception desk and well-developed concierge services.
