Building

Chocimska 29 is a tenement house built in the 1960s. The building has an elevator equipped with new automatic controls. The entrance to the staircase is located at the corner of Goworka and Chocimska Streets. There are two apartments on each floor.

The location at Plac Unii Lubelskiej is one of the best spots in Warsaw. Here you will find everything you need for comfortable living in the city. On the eastern side, it is 400 meters to Łazienkowski Park. From the north, it is 170 meters to the Plac Unii shopping center. To the south, it is 600 meters to Morskie Oko Park. To the west, it is 1 km to Pól Mokotowskich. Excellent transport links: trams and buses right outside the building, 1 km to the Pole Mokotowskie metro station.
