The apartment is finished to a very high standard. All furniture was individually designed and made using fine materials such as American oak, Polish oak, MDF. Italian stoneware and AXOR and Duravit fixtures were used in the bathrooms. The shower cabins were also custom-made. From the spacious hall, additionally optically enlarged by large mirrors, one passes to the private area and in the other direction to the living area. The living room, dining room and kitchen are situated in a semi-open plan. This arrangement of functions provides space as well as, if necessary, allows to hide the kitchen facilities. For guests there is a bathroom (toilet, sink, shower), which is accessed from the hall at the entrance.

The private area consists of a bedroom, bathroom and dressing room. The bedroom is separated from the bathroom and dressing room by a glass wall. The bedroom has an additional spacious closet. In total, the dressing room and closet will accommodate even the most demanding fashionista. The study is a perfect space where you can hole up with a good book or overnight guests. A spacious closet has also been incorporated into the study.
