• The living room features a sofa, a table with chairs, a chest of drawers, and a TV cabinet
• The kitchen offers plenty of space for meal preparation.
• In the hallway, there are three spacious PAX wardrobes.
• The bathroom features a shower, built-in cabinets, and a washing machine. 

The room opens onto a loggia with a view of greenery. West-facing windows. 

A 12-month short-term lease agreement. Additionally, there is a monthly maintenance fee of approximately 620 PLN, and electricity is billed based on usage.
