The apartment includes a place in the underground garage in the price of the apartment.

Price: 3600 PLN plus 650 PLN community fees,additionally payable: electricity, garbage disposal.

The owner can expect an occasional lease agreement.

Minimum contract for a year, non-smokers, no pets, the cost of the deed is covered by the landlord.
