Description

I am pleased to present to you a warehouse and office building in Warsaw's Bialoleka district.

According to the current Local Spatial Development Plan, the building can serve the following functions: office, warehouse and production.

The buildings are relatively new and were built in 2013.

The front part of the property is occupied by an office building with a floor area of about 2,820 sqm in which there are offices but also a living and social area for employees and middle managers.

The office building is connected to one of the warehouse buildings with a floor area of about 1,164 sqm.

The other halls have respectively: 1,000, 700 and 900 sqm of floor space.

The warehouse buildings vary in height from 6 to 9m.

Pillar grid : hall 1, 2 and 3 -10m x 7m, Hall 5 - 12m x 18m

Floor load capacity 50kN/m2

The site is large and allows free movement around the buildings and also parking of TIR vehicles.

The site is fully fenced and supervised.

Current power allocation is 270 KW, but there is a possibility to increase the power allocation to 600 kW.

Building

The three-story office and social area with a height of 12.00m,

was built in monolithic reinforced concrete construction in a slab-and-column system.

The one-story warehouse hall with a maximum height of 6.67m was built with a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, the ceiling made of slabs of reinforced concrete prestressed concrete slabs
