I am pleased to present to you a warehouse and office building in Warsaw's Bialoleka district.
According to the current Local Spatial Development Plan, the building can serve the following functions: office, warehouse and production.
The buildings are relatively new and were built in 2013.
The front part of the property is occupied by an office building with a floor area of about 2,820 sqm in which there are offices but also a living and social area for employees and middle managers.
The office building is connected to one of the warehouse buildings with a floor area of about 1,164 sqm.
The other halls have respectively: 1,000, 700 and 900 sqm of floor space.
The warehouse buildings vary in height from 6 to 9m.
Pillar grid : hall 1, 2 and 3 -10m x 7m, Hall 5 - 12m x 18m
Floor load capacity 50kN/m2
The site is large and allows free movement around the buildings and also parking of TIR vehicles.
The site is fully fenced and supervised.
Current power allocation is 270 KW, but there is a possibility to increase the power allocation to 600 kW.
All city utilities. Gas boiler room.
If it turns out that the complex is too large for the current needs of a new buyer, we would like to inform you that a large part of the space is leased and tenants are interested in staying in the building.
Please call for more information and, of course, for a presentation.
