Thesocial and office part has been equipped with storage service stations,administrative rooms, women's locker rooms and men's locker rooms with sanitary facilities (showers, toilets), kitchen, social room for drivers and a utility room. The office part includes open space, conference rooms, offices, kitchen and toilets.

There is a transfer station and fire water tank on the premises.
