The warehouse part is made with lightweight housing andreinforced concrete frame technology, equipped with smoke detectors, smoke dampers and smoking. The facility has a receiving area and dispatching area for goods. The receipt of goods can be done by three external docks. Dock loading and unloading docks with movable adjusting platform and ramp-box sealing from Hormann. Also designed were exterior gates providing entry and exit of the warehouse from the ground level and loading and unloading of goods.

Thesocial and office part has been equipped with storage service stations,administrative rooms, women's locker rooms and men's locker rooms with sanitary facilities (showers, toilets), kitchen, social room for drivers and a utility room. The office part includes open space, conference rooms, offices, kitchen and toilets.

There is a transfer station and fire water tank on the premises.
