The Proximo complex is being constructed on the outskirts of the Central Business District, close to the Daszyńskiego Rondabout and the Rondo Daszyńskiego underground station, part of the second line of Warsaw underground. The complex will include two A-class office blocks. The first building located in Warsaw’s Wola district at 68 Prosta Street will be delivered in June 2016, whereas the second office block situated at 26 Przykopowa Street will be made available to its tenants in two years 
– in the fourth quarter of 2017.
The Proximo office blocks feature 46,335 sqm of office space and 2650 sqm of retail and service space. The complex has a total of 641 parking places in an underground garage, as well as surface parking spaces for guests, deliveries and taxis.
