Building

Location – at the intersection of Piękna and Koszykowa Streets, an intimate office building with eight above-ground floors and a usable area of approximately 2,100 m² has been constructed.

The design, which includes office and retail spaces, has been approved by the city’s historic preservation officer.

The building’s form features cantilevers starting from the second floor and a sloped facade above the sidewalk.

The building features a fully glazed facade that provides excellent natural light to the spaces; each floor module is approximately 200 m².

The office building meets Class A standards.
