The design, which includes office and service areas, has been approved by the capital city's conservator of monuments.

The building's structure is characterized by overhangs starting from the second floor and a sloping facade above the sidewalk.

The building has an all-glass facade that provides excellent lighting for the interior, with each floor module measuring approximately 200 m².

The office building is Class A standard.
