- Glass enclosure of the upstairs offices, 10mm tempered glass on lacquered profiles,

- 3-phase electrical installation, high quality electrical fixtures, Berker switches and sockets,

- a new fuse panel with Hager equipment, with surge protection, separate protection for circuits supplying computer equipment, installation of a main circuit breaker, installation of Risco SSWiN. Power and computer installation was distributed in the floors and terminated with floorboxes.

- water underfloor heating on the lower level,

- intercoms on the lower and upper levels connected to the call panel at the entrance to the staircase.

Investments concerning the building:

The community managing the building in the last 10 years has carried out the replacement of all installations: plumbing, CO and electricity in the last year replaced: water meters. Regular inspections are carried out: chimney sweeping, measurements of electrical installations.
Planned investments:

Restoration of entrances to staircases, after arrangements with the conservator of monuments the original part of the entrance facade will be restored. After completion of the renovation of the entrances to the staircases, painting of the staircases is planned.
Excellent communication:

Metro M2, streetcar stops, bus stops and the railroad station.
