The building was erected in the 1990s. Since 2000, it became 100% owned by the Seller.
The reconstruction of the original interior of the residential building has been adjusted for office purposes, for sound recording, working with servers and broadband Internet connections, electronic access control to the rooms, with an upgraded energy class to power computer equipment. There is pre- and as-built documentation of the aforementioned changes.

The building has extensive technical equipment: air conditioning in each room, alarm system, system for controlling access rights to rooms (using access cards and monitoring with camera recording), computer network distributed throughout the building, double air-conditioned server room, fiber optic cable with broadband Internet, two independent electrical networks (professional and ordinary), energy-efficient lighting. In addition, it has a fully equipped kitchen and office and studio furniture.
Changes improving the condition of the building, made in recent years:
replacement of the c/o furnace to a newer economical condensing furnace and distribution of a new heating system throughout the building, including radiators - about 10 years ago
removal and laying of the roof from scratch after replacing the roof boarding and flashing - approx. 10 years ago
replacement of old windows: façade windows and Velux roof windows with new PVC windows (10 years ago) and Fakro windows (this year)
repainting the walls on the entire first floor (this year)
distribution of a new electrical, air conditioning and ventilation system (about 6 years ago)
replacement of the wooden front fence with a metal more modern design (about 5 years ago)
